Grace Kennedy is a graduate of National University of Ireland School of law (cum laude) and holds a Master of Laws degree from Emory University.

EXPERTISE
Ms. Kennedy has extensive experience in immigration related adoption issues and international business.

She has successfully handled numerous cases involving adopted children who intend to reside permanently abroad, adopted Muslim children and complex matters regarding undocumented children in the United States. Grace publishes and speaks on these topics and has been a board member of a non-profit international adoption agency for over two years.

Grace has successfully processed employment and investor visas for domestic and foreign businesses of all sizes. She provides foreign companies entering the United States market or engaging in cross-border transactions with strategic immigration planning for investors, executives, employees and their accompanying family members. In 2007, she spoke at the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Global Business Convention and will participate in a trade mission to India in 2008.

Well versed in all areas of immigration law, Grace has been consulted by Pasos magazine and Mundo Hispanico with regard to various immigration related issues. A native of Ireland, she has a unique personal understanding of the immigration process.
