LUCY LU, Law Clerk

Ms. Lu is a Law Clerk with Kuck Casablanca LLC and assists the firm's attorneys in all inbound and outbound immigration. She has more than six years of legal experience, with a solid background in all business and non-business immigration matters, including employment based immigration, family-based immigration, non-immigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization, waivers, removal proceedings, and federal litigation. She has extensive experience to serve Fortune 500 corporations, law firms, high-tech start-ups, and foreign investment companies in business immigration matters. Ms. Lu was a former patent agent in China. She has solid understanding of state-of-the-art technologies in all research areas and has successfully assisted many highly skilled researchers and professors in their EB-1/NIW matters. She also assists foreign investment companies, foreign government agencies, and international non-profit organizations establishing their branches in the United States and provides immigration services in international employee transfer under the supervision of the firm's senior attorneys.

Ms. Lu graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law (2004) with a LL.M in International Law. She obtained her J.D. (equivalent) from Law School of Tsinghua University, China with Dean's scholarship in 2003. She is fluent in Chinese.
